Never Back Down.
I'm thinking of this phrase for my first tattoo, kind of a personal mantra that I've taken up in the past week. What do you think, old English script down my lower right arm or left arm? It might have something to do with the DVD release of the movie with the same title, here. Looks like a good movie, right? I might have to NetFlix it this week and "knock it out".

I am excited for you! I am still trying to find the right design for me. I hope you have a good tat artist picked out. I have several friends who have a good artist if you are interested.

I think you should think long and hard about this. Never back down seems like a tattoo that could actually result in you getting your ass kicked by drunk people in a bar.
I've taken everyone's thoughtful comments to heart and decided you're right - I should go with script lettering, not Old English. No wait, I just won't get one, but I will color a sample tattoo on my arm with a silver Sharpie.
