The dog's not house broken well enough to be trusted all day alone. So, the owner put's this makeshift diaper contraption on, and it's a male dog (not sure that makes any difference).
that is just plain insane but on "the soup" i say another infomercial for a weird bad that is strapped onto your dog while it poops and then you just take it off the dog...so bizzare and insane!

Is this because the owner would like to take the dog out fewer times or because the dog has a leakage issue?
