The Pizzandwich

What better way to combine two of my favorite foods, pizza and sandwiches, than to literally combine them?! I had some pizza, I had some Italian sausage, the rest will go down in culinary history. 

I used the grill for both "ingredients"...

Then assembled my creation...

And I finally house'd the whole mess. Even though the crust got some char, it was a delicious meal (yes, mom, I had a side salad. And seriously, Mom, I did). 

What other kinds of combos can be thought up?!

That was a good Friday

Lunch turned out great at a Vietnamese place. Who wouldn't love pho and a ban mi for lunch? Very good food. 

I don't know what this is exactly, but I do know people shouldn't drink it. 

And this is always a great way to cap off a really great summer day in MN.
